Clothing stores and clothing designers rarely get an opportunity to be involved in avant-garde big fashion shows.

Imagine YOUR SHOW - styled by different local salons with a myriad of models and actresses performing to HUGELY packed theatres or bars.

We produce two Trademarked events that provides an excellent venue/opportunities for you to be PROMOTING YOUR STORE AND/OR CLOTHING!

Consider:
THE EVENTS

REAL BIG HAIR BALL®, REAL BIG TEASE®
&
"HAIR BRAWL"

The 2008 – HAIRBALL® show will be a HAIR BRAWL™
Hair Show - Fashion Show - Performance Art Show - Educational Show and Competition. Check out the “new” HAIR BRAWL™ rules.
The Metro Detroit Show will be on Sunday, October 12th, 2008
Royal Oak Music Theater, Royal Oak Michigan.
This will be the FIRST YEAR there will be
A WINNER FOR “BEST CLOTHING”!
This is your opportunity to be recognized and possibly WIN at the HAIRBALL® Show.

HAIRBALL 2007 – had an “over capacity” audience – a SOLD OUT theater!
With 372 models on stage, through the evening, this show was truly THE
REAL BIG HAIR BALL® Show!

It was a "marriage" that created the REAL BIG HAIR BALL® SHOW
LONDON CALLING® also produces the trademarked
Real Big Tease® event which is a fashion show for clothing designers and stores!
NOW - “HAIR BRAWL”™ a competition you, a clothing designer could WIN - a BEST OF SHOW “Trophy Plaque”!

They are crazy, mixed up, and (sometimes) goofy. But also there are a few exquisitely beautiful, calming, or amazingly exciting fusions of hair, make up, clothing, design, choreography, and style and each model/actor wrapped in "new fashion" clothing making it a FASHION SHOW that the store or designer puts little in other than the use of their clothes and selling tickets to the event that they can make their money back on - as well as make some money for charity.

(See the Rules )
What you will reap is the attention of young revelers seeing your product and image.
These shows are very popular to hairdressers (engaging, stimulating, and motivating) and wildly accepted by entertainment starved young audiences.

Typically the "HAIR BALL" show demographics are 60% female 21 to 32 and over 30%

professional cosmetologists.

Why would I bring this idea to you and ask for a few moments of your time?

Artists need to show what they do - and you know it!!

My salon, London Calling, has been asked to do hair and make-up for many local clothing stores and designers fashion shows. To do it, I would ask to throw a skit (performance art) of my own in to further promote my salon. It was a "marriage" that created the REAL BIG HAIR BALL™

Now, we also produce the trademarked

Real Big Tease™ event which is a fashion show!

This is your way to either get involved by doing a Real Big Tease® event, provide clothing for a REAL BIG HAIR BALL® show, sponsor an event (see sponsor page) or attend and see a bunch of hairdressers doing some outrageous hair, and putting a "skit" together in as creative a way as they can dream!

I am hopeful that you will choose to join and ask for further information.
We will be making tickets and promotional material available at least two months prior to every event to allow a thorough saturation of attention and ticket sales.

The HAIRBALL® 2006 show had an attendance of over 1,700 - capacity of this venue was 1,700!

In 2005 the HAIRBALL® show had an attendance of over 1,600+ without a beauty manufacturer or beauty supplier sponsor.

Over 1,500 were in attendance in October, 2004 and in October 2003 at the Royal Oak Theater, MI.

Over 1,500 hairdressers attended Beauté Craft's "HAIR BALL" show at their annual convention in October of 2002.

More than 1,200 people attended each of the events in April 2002 at the Emerald Theater, and in October 2001 at the Royal Oak Music Theater.

Prior to that, the event was at Boogie Fever in Ferndale MI. with 700 + in attendance.

The event has also been held in past years at the State Theater over 2,000 attendees, Majestic Theater and Clutch Cargos, to name a few, in Detroit.

This event has seen many a venue within Metro Detroit with one or two events every year since its inception in 1986!

DO WANT A PIECE OF THIS, OR WHAT?

I believe that with my abilities, talents, and forethought, this ongoing project will become a success far beyond what you may now believe possible. I look forward to talking to you in person about your involvement, and how further to improve this event.

Thank-you for the opportunity to express my proposal.
